Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Thomas Gutier. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains our requirements and procedures for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
1. RETURN PERIOD
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
• Be in the same condition in which it was received;
• Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging;
• Be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of use; and
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the applicable order number.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, contact us at support@thomasgutier.store and provide:
• Your full name;
• Your order number;
• The item or items you wish to return;
• The reason for the return; and
• Photographs, when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns must be authorized by Thomas Gutier before being shipped.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of:
• Incorrect size selection;
• Change of mind;
• Personal preference;
• An unwanted item; or
• Any reason unrelated to an error by Thomas Gutier.
Thomas Gutier will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the item received is confirmed to be:
• Incorrect;
• Damaged upon arrival;
• Defective; or
• Materially different from the product ordered.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Thomas Gutier or unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Thomas Gutier is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or misdirected before reaching the designated return location.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@thomasgutier.store as soon as possible and include clear photographs of:
• The item;
• The defect or damage;
• The shipping package;
• The shipping label; and
• Any other relevant details.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, failure to follow care instructions, misuse, or damage caused after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Gift cards;
• Personalized or customized products;
• Products marked “Final Sale”;
• Clearance items expressly identified as non-returnable;
• Undergarments, underwear, bodysuits, or similar intimate apparel when the protective packaging or seal has been opened;
• Swimwear when the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged; and
• Products that present health or hygiene concerns after being opened or used.
Your statutory rights, where applicable, are not affected.
6. EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges because product availability may change.
The fastest way to obtain a different size, color, or product is to return the original eligible item and place a new order after the return has been approved.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact support@thomasgutier.store.
Refunds cannot normally be issued to a different card, bank account, or payment method.
8. PARTIAL REFUNDS
A partial refund may be issued, where permitted by law, if:
• The product is returned with missing packaging, tags, accessories, or components;
• The product shows signs of use or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it;
• The product is returned damaged for reasons not caused by Thomas Gutier; or
• Only part of an order is returned.
We do not charge a standard restocking fee.
9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may request an order cancellation by contacting support@thomasgutier.store.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have already entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment may no longer be canceled.
If an order has already shipped, the customer must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.
Thomas Gutier may cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
10. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, unpaid customs charges, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, we may deduct the original and return shipping expenses from the refund where permitted by law.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
11. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received an approved refund:
• Check your bank or payment account again;
• Contact your credit card company or payment provider;
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary; and
• Contact support@thomasgutier.store if the refund still cannot be located.
