Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Thomas Gutier are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment authorization.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
During holidays, promotional periods, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
2. ORDER VERIFICATION
Some orders may require additional payment, identity, address, or fraud-prevention verification.
If additional information is required, we may contact you using the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
Failure to respond may delay or result in cancellation of the order.
3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to the destinations made available during checkout.
Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, products, inventory location, carrier, and order value.
If a destination is not available during checkout, we are currently unable to ship an order to that location.
4. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Promotional or free shipping offers may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, geographic limitations, excluded products, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable offer.
5. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout or communicated in the order confirmation when available.
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, labor disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe communicated to the customer.
If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we may contact you with a revised shipping estimate and the options available under applicable law, which may include consenting to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
7. ORDER TRACKING
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the delivery.
8. MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different locations and delivered in separate packages.
Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and delivery dates.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple shipments.
9. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Review your information carefully before submitting your order.
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been placed.
To request an address correction, contact support@thomasgutier.store immediately.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
Thomas Gutier is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
10. DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check the delivery area, mailbox, reception desk, parcel locker, and surrounding property;
• Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel;
• Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery;
• Contact the shipping carrier; and
• Contact support@thomasgutier.store if the package still cannot be located.
We will review the available tracking information and assist with an eligible carrier investigation.
The final resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation and applicable consumer protection laws.
11. LOST PACKAGES
A package may be considered lost when the carrier confirms the loss or when tracking shows no meaningful movement beyond the carrier’s applicable investigation period.
Contact support@thomasgutier.store with your order number if you believe your package has been lost.
Depending on the circumstances and investigation results, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
12. DAMAGED PACKAGES
If an order arrives damaged, contact support@thomasgutier.store as soon as possible and provide:
• Your order number;
• Clear photographs of the product;
• Clear photographs of the outer and inner packaging;
• A photograph of the shipping label; and
• A description of the damage.
Keep all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
13. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES
When international shipping is available, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs procedures may delay delivery.
Thomas Gutier does not control customs authorities or their processing times.
Customers are responsible for confirming that products may lawfully be imported into their destination.
14. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned because of refusal, failure to collect, an incorrect address, an incomplete address, unpaid customs charges, or another circumstance attributable to the customer may be subject to deductions for shipping and return expenses where permitted by law.
If reshipment is available, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee.
